After two years as an Intern with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ) in Muncie, Indiana, Sarah and I  transitioned to St. Louis, Missouri where we lived for three years. During our time there Sarah  taught as an ESOL teacher (English for Speakers of Other Languages) at Hanna Woods Elementary while I pursued a Masters of Divinity degree at Covenant Theological Seminary. During our time in St. Louis, I was also blessed to serve at Chesterfield Presbyterian Church, as the Coordinator of Crossfire; a 4th and 5th grade ministry. I graduated in May 2014 from the seminary before we were called to Murrysville Community Church to serve as Assistant Pastor of Youth and Family Ministry.  Murrysville is an eastern suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. I was ordained in May of 2015 to the office of Teaching Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America by Pittsburgh Presbytery where I am currently a member and serving the wonderful congregation of MCC. During our time in Pittsburgh, we have added two new additions to our family: our dog Penny, and our new born son Cooper.
